You are located on Hall Road, a quiet, residential street running between Beach Road and Main Road. Beach Road runs along the waterfront and with its broad promenade is great for walking, jogging and people watching. Main Road provides all the necessities of life, such as shops, restaurants, coffee bars, post office, Internet cafes, etc. Public transport to the Waterfront or to city center is available from Main Road and Beach Road.

Sea Point is the ideal jumping off point to see Cape Town, the Cape Peninsula and the Western Cape.
